May - October - (Summer)

The tropical climate of the Turks and Caicos Islands is sunny with temperatures ranging from 75-90 F. Summertime is the rainy season, however, the island's rainfall is statistically low compared to other Caribbean island destinations. The Monsoon season occurs during these months, which can bring a short burst of afternoon thunderstorms that clear up pretty quickly. The eastern trade winds bring a welcomed breeze to the islands.

The islands are also affected by the Atlantic Hurricane Season (June-Nov) during the summer and fall months, statistically, hurricanes are most likely to disrupt the island's weather between mid-August to September. However, the islands have been lucky in the past and have not experienced major strikes over the last few decades. During the summer low season, it is possible to come across some great travel deals including low flight fares and accommodations offering huge discounts. August and September are the hottest months with daily average highs around 88 degrees.
